In this week's episode of The Fit Source Podcast the coaches share their recent experiences being "broken". What does that mean? You'll hear a few different examples. 

Coach Ed had some hip discomfort.  Coach Mike and Coach Jenna we just thrown for a loop. In the end, whether what's bothering you is physical or emotional, data needs to be gathered. From there you or you and a coach should breakdown the points of failure and look for any warning signs that you were about to hit the wall.
